ndrea is a rising LPGA Tour star, and her debut win in the Portland Classic 2022 was a memorable moment. Lee is a winner in every level. She won nine times during her time at Standford University during her collegiate time and was ranked for 17 weeks as the World's #1 Women's Amateur. After winning the Mark H. McCormack Award as the top-ranked Women's Amateur in the world after the end of the 2019 season Lee turned professional. Andrea Lee is a Los Angeles native who was born in the month of August, 1998. James taught her the art of golf from the time she was 5 years old. She began competing at age 8 in competitions and won 50 junior titles within four years. She was able to make the cut in the 2013 US Women's Open, held at Pinehurst No. aged 15 with her dad playing as her caddie. At the age of 15, her father was a caddie. LPGA Tour invited her as a sponsor to 2015. ANA Inspiration, where she made the cut but just one stroke. Lee represented the USA at the Junior Ryder Cup Junior Solheim Cup Curtis Cup and Women's World Amateur Team Championship. The Stanford University's most famous golfer ever to play at Stanford University in the year 2016 when she was awarded nine titles in the following three years. Lee was able to graduate from Stanford University in 2019 and was a professional. Her amateur seasons included 17 consecutive weeks at the top the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee was also awarded with the 2019 Mark H. McCormack Medal for finishing the year as the most highly-ranked amateur. Lee played four rounds consecutively and an Albatross as an amateur. She had two top-10 finishes during her first year on the LPGA Tour. She finished T7 during the 2022 AIG Women's Open at Kingsbarns Golf Links. Lee's first LPGA Tour victory came in 2022 at the Portland Classic. Lee dedicated her victory to her grandfather who passed away Min. "He has always considered me a champion, and he did not doubt my abilities." The victory was dedicating to her late grandfather Min whom she claimed always considered me as a champion and believed in my abilities. Previous competitions she participated in included soccer, taekwondo, and figure skating. Lee's hobbies besides golf are movies, shopping and singing. Lee also enjoys snowboarding.
